Buried

This is an independent film directed by Rodrigo Cortes starring Ryan Reynolds as Paul Conroy. A man who wakes up and finds himself buried alive with a cellphone and a lighter, he has a limited supply of air and has to somehow find a way out before he faces the outcome of the nightmare he's living. First off i thought it was interesting that an entire movie could be shot in a box, i mean how entertaining could that be right? but it was. The use of audio was very well done. Buried turned out to be very thrilling and suspenseful. I found that the limited visual effects and change of scenery is what keeps you watching, it makes you want to see more while forcing you to use your imagination. From the darkness in the beginning your just hooked, completely. I dare anyone to walk away from this movie half way through you just cant do it. Then, when it ends you'll still be staring at the screen wondering WTF. It has one the best/worst endings I have ever seen.
